Why is the account number lost?

Please note that since IUX can open up to 6 trading accounts per account, opening multiple trading accounts will give us a lot more resources. The accounts that are inactive or have no balance must be cleared by the IT Support department.

This process takes 1-2 months at a time.

Your capital, deposits, profit, or loss are unaffected by this. We advise you to create a new account and begin trading.

How many devices can I log in to my trading account?

You can log in for trading on an unlimited number of devices, but we emphasize using one IP internet per person for trading. This ensures your rights and avoids scrutiny. Please note that violating this condition may lead to your account being frozen by the broker without prior notice.

Advise on choosing an account.

We cannot recommend a specific account type. You can choose the account that best suits your needs. We offer 4 account types, such as the Standard account with low spreads and no commissions. The decision depends on you.
