Why Has My Account Changed to Non-Free Swap?
Even if your account was initially granted Swap-Free privileges, the status is not permanent if usage behavior deviates from the required conditions.
If your recent trading activity involves holding orders overnight for several consecutive days, our automated algorithm may re-evaluate your account. To ensure a fair trading environment for all users, the system will automatically switch accounts that do not meet the criteria to a Non-Free Swap status.
How the System Analyzes Your Account Status
IUX utilizes an advanced algorithm to monitor trading patterns across all accounts. The system specifically analyzes:
Duration of Held Orders: How long a position remains open.
Overnight Frequency: How often trades are carried over past the daily server reset.
If the system detects that your trading style is inconsistent with the intended use of Swap-Free features, swap charges will be applied to your account immediately.
How to Regain and Maintain Swap-Free Status
The good news is that you can regain your Swap-Free privileges by adjusting your trading habits. Here are the recommended guidelines:
Avoid Long-Term Overnight Holds: Refrain from holding positions open for more than 2–3 consecutive days.
Practice Day Trading: Aim to close your orders within the same trading day before 00:00 (Server Time).
Once the algorithm detects that your trading behavior has returned to the required criteria, the system will automatically restore your Swap-Free status. There is no need to manually contact support to request a status update.
Evaluation Period
The time required for status re-adjustment depends entirely on your trading behavior. The system monitors accounts continuously and will update your status as soon as the conditions for Swap-Free trading are met again.
