How to Log In and Start Trading

1. For IUX App and IUX Client Dashboard
Log in to your user account.
Select your desired trading account.
Start trading immediately.
2. For MT5 Platforms (PC Software, Mobile App, and WebTerminal)
Enter your trading account number: Use the live account number provided to you.
Enter your password: Type the trading password set for that account.

Why does MT5 show “Invalid Account” after I log in?
This usually happens when the server is incorrect or the trading password is entered incorrectly. Please double-check the server name on your Account Card and try again.

No. The Investor Password only allows you to view your portfolio and trading history. To place orders and trade, you must use your Trading Password.
