How to Log In and Start Trading
Once you’ve chosen your preferred platform, you can log in easily by following these steps:
- Open your selected platform: MT5 app, IUX Web Trade, or the trading website
- Enter your trading account number: Use the account number provided when you created your live trading account
- Enter your password: Type the trading password you set for that account
- Select the correct server: Check and choose the correct server name (you can find it on your “Account Card” in the member area)

Why does MT5 show “Invalid Account” after I log in?
This usually happens when the server is incorrect or the trading password is entered incorrectly. Please double-check the server name on your Account Card and try again.
Can I use the Investor Password to trade?
No. The Investor Password only allows you to view your portfolio and trading history. To place orders and trade, you must use your Trading Password.
Can I log in to the same trading account on multiple devices at the same time?
