To help your documents pass verification on the first attempt, please follow the technical requirements and scanning guidelines below.
Document Format Requirements
- Supported file types: jpg / jpeg, png, pdf
- Recommended minimum resolution: 1080p (1920 × 1080 px)
- Maximum accepted file size: 20MB
- Lower resolutions may be accepted, but they may not produce optimal results
- Higher resolutions are acceptable, but they do not significantly improve the scanning process
There is no need to resize your images before uploading. Please note that this process is optimized for images captured using a mobile phone camera through the trading app. Images taken with a webcam, which typically have lower resolution, may not perform as well.
Document Scanning Guidelines
- Position the document close to the camera, aiming for approximately 70% width coverage of the frame when placing the document inside the camera guide.
- Leave sufficient space around all sides of the document. This helps the system detect document edges more accurately.
- Ensure proper lighting during the scanning process so the document is clearly visible.
- Natural light provides the best results. Avoid using flashlights or camera flash, as these may cause glare or reflections.
- Blurry images are difficult to read. Clear and sharp images are essential for accurate data extraction. For best results, upload high-quality images.
- Hold the document carefully without covering any part of it with your fingers. Full visibility of the document is critical for successful verification.
