IUX allows clients to open multiple trading accounts under a single profile, making it easier to separate trading strategies, manage different account types, or test new approaches.
Maximum Number of Accounts
You can open:
- Up to 6 Live Accounts
- Up to 6 Demo Accounts
Please note that Live Accounts and Demo Accounts are counted separately. This means you can have up to 6 Live Accounts and 6 Demo Accounts at the same time under the same profile.
What Happens If I Reach the Maximum Account Limit?
If you have already reached the maximum number of accounts allowed, you will need to remove an unused account before creating a new one.
Once an account slot becomes available, you can open a new account through the Client Portal.
Can I Open Multiple Accounts of the Same Type?
Yes. You can open multiple accounts of the same account type, including:
- Standard Account
- Raw Account
- Pro Account
As long as the total number of accounts does not exceed the maximum limit, you are free to create accounts that best suit your trading needs.
When Will My Account Be Archived?
To maintain system performance and ensure a stable experience for all users, accounts that meet the following conditions will be automatically moved to the Archive section:
- No trading or account activity for more than 15 days
- Remaining account balance is less than USD 1
This policy applies to both Live Accounts and Demo Accounts.
When Will an Archived Account Be Permanently Deleted?
Once an account has been moved to the Archive section, it will remain available for reactivation for up to 90 days.
If the account is not reactivated within this period, it will be permanently deleted and can no longer be used.
However, you can still open a new trading account at any time, subject to the maximum account limit.

Yes. You can have both Live and Demo Accounts under the same IUX profile.
Are Live Accounts and Demo Accounts counted together?
No. Live Accounts and Demo Accounts have separate limits. You can open up to 6 Live Accounts and up to 6 Demo Accounts.
Can I create a new account after an archived account is deleted?
Yes. Once an account has been permanently deleted, you can create a new account as long as you have not exceeded the maximum number of active accounts allowed.
Can I open multiple Standard, Raw, or Pro Accounts?
