With TradingView Advanced Charts on IUX, you can monitor price movements, apply technical indicators, use drawing tools, switch between different chart types, and customize your chart view directly within the IUX trading platform.

Chart Types

Different chart types provide different ways to visualize price movements and market trends. You can switch between the available chart types depending on your preferred analysis style.

Examples of available chart types include:

  • Candles: Display the open, high, low, and close prices for each period, making it easier to observe price action and market movements.
  • Line: Presents price movements as a continuous line, providing a simple way to view the overall direction of the market.
  • Heikin Ashi: Uses averaged price data to smooth price movements and help make market trends easier to identify.

Technical Indicators

Technical indicators can be applied directly to the chart to support the analysis of trends, momentum, volatility, and other market conditions.

Examples of technical indicators include:

  • Moving Average (MA): Uses average prices over a selected period to help identify the general direction of a market trend.
  • Relative Strength Index (RSI): Measures price momentum and can help identify potential overbought or oversold market conditions.
  • MACD: Uses the relationship between moving averages to help analyze market momentum and potential changes in trend.

To explore the indicators available on IUX, select Indicators from the toolbar at the top of the chart.

Drawing Tools

Drawing tools allow you to mark important areas directly on the chart and add visual references to support your technical analysis.

Examples of drawing tools include:

  • Trend Line: Connect important price points to help identify the direction of a market trend.
  • Horizontal Line: Mark important price levels, such as potential support and resistance areas.
  • Fibonacci Retracement: Identify commonly observed retracement levels that may be used as part of support and resistance analysis.

You can access the available drawing tools from the toolbar on the left side of the chart.
