You can easily link or unlink your Google or Apple account to your IUX profile at any time through your account settings. For security reasons, connecting requires your IUX password, while disconnecting requires both your password and an OTP (One-Time Password) verification code to ensure your account remains fully protected.
How to Check Your Current Connection Status
Log in to the IUX Client Area or IUX Partner Portal.
Go to Settings > Security & Access.
-
Look for the Third-Party Access section:
If an account is linked, you will see your connected Google or Apple status.
If nothing is connected, you will see a Connect button.
(Note: Only one external provider—either Google or Apple—can be connected to your IUX account at a time).
How to Connect Google or Apple to Your IUX Account
Navigate to Settings > Security & Access.
Next to Third-Party Access, select Connect.
Choose Continue with Google or Continue with Apple ID. Make sure to sign in using the same email address registered with your IUX account.
Enter your IUX password and click Confirm.
A success message will appear confirming that your Google account or Apple account is now connected.
How to Disconnect Google or Apple
Go to Settings > Security & Access.
Next to Third-Party Access, select Disconnect.
Enter your IUX password and select Confirm.
Enter the OTP code sent to your registered verification method (Email or SMS).
Once verified, you will see an Account disconnected message, and the Connect option will reappear next to Third-Party Access.
What If You Signed Up with Google/Apple and Never Set a Password?
If you originally registered via social login and have never created an IUX password, you will need to set one before disconnecting so you can still log in normally in the future:
Go to Settings > Security & Access and select Disconnect next to Third-Party Access.
Click Create and Disconnect.
Create a secure password (must be 8–32 characters long, include at least one number, and contain both uppercase and lowercase letters).
Enter your OTP verification code. Your account will be safely disconnected from the social login, and your new password will be ready for future logins.
