How to Close a Trading Account?

For account closure or deletion of a trading account both live and demo accounts can be deleted with the following steps and information.

The sole condition for deleting a live account type, Only zero balance is required to delete a trading account.

If your live account still has a balance must transfer within or withdraw all the money first. Therefore, the trading account can be closed. By closing the account, you will not be able to use it again.

The procedure for closing a trading account:

  1. Go to your trading account card page on the IUX website or application.
  2. Press the cog symbol.
  3. Select a function to close the account.

** For the closure of the demo account type, it can be closed immediately and up to 6 new accounts can be opened and filled in as needed.
