Why Can’t I Withdraw Money from IUX?
If you are unable to submit a withdrawal request, it is usually due to one of the following reasons:
- Incomplete KYC Verification: This is the most common reason. Your account must be fully verified—both Identity (POI) and Bank Account (POB)—before the withdrawal function is activated.
- Third-Party Bank Accounts: For security and AML compliance, IUX only allows withdrawals to bank accounts that match the name on your IUX profile. You cannot withdraw to a friend’s or relative’s account.
- Payment Method Consistency: Generally, IUX follows a "refund to source" policy, meaning you should withdraw funds using the same method you used for depositing.
Can I Withdraw Money if I Have Open Positions?
The short answer is "Yes," but there are critical factors you must consider:

Free Margin Availability: You can only withdraw funds that are part of your Free Margin (the balance not currently being used as collateral for your open trades).
Please note that when you have open positions, withdrawals are limited to up to 90% of your remaining Free Margin and must not exceed your available balance.
Calculation: (Free Margin - credit)* 90% - Risk of Stop Out: Withdrawing funds reduces your Margin Level. If the market moves against your open positions, a lower margin level increases the risk of your trades being automatically closed (Stop Out).
