You can receive a One-Time Password (OTP) from IUX through two channels:
- Phone number
Before changing the OTP receiving channel, you must verify both your email address and phone number first.
By default, the system sends OTPs via email. However, if you would like to receive OTPs via phone number, you can easily change the channel through your IUX Account by following the steps below.
Steps to Change the OTP Receiving Channel
- Log in to your account at www.iux.com
- On the right-hand menu, click “Settings”
- The screen will display your personal information, communication channels, and bank account details
- Go to OTP Verification Via
- Select “Phone number” to change the OTP receiving channel to your phone
Once completed, your OTP receiving channel will be updated successfully.
If You Want to Change Your Phone Number
If you would like to change the phone number used to receive OTPs:
- Go to Settings
- Select “Change phone number”
- Enter your new phone number
- Enter the OTP sent to that phone number
