User Account Registration Policy
One user account can only be registered with one email address.
The registered email serves as the primary information for logging in and system communication. Users cannot use the same email address to create multiple user accounts.
However, under a single user account, users can create multiple trading accounts without needing additional email addresses. Each trading account will have separate settings and configurations, allowing users to manage them independently and systematically.
Changing the Registered Email Address
If a user wishes to change the email address used for account registration, they may contact Customer Support for assistance.
For security purposes, the system will process the email change only after identity verification has been successfully completed.
