Reasons Why Your Documents May Be Rejected and How to Fix Them for IUX Account Verification

During the identity verification (POI) and bank verification (POB) process with IUX, there may be cases where your documents are rejected by the system or the verification team. To help you activate your account as quickly as possible, please review the possible reasons below and follow the recommended solutions in line with regulated brokers standards.

How to Check the Reason for Document Rejection

If your documents are not approved, the system will automatically notify you via:

    Please check the email address you used during registration (including your Spam or Junk folder) to review the specific rejection reason and the required corrective steps.

  • Notification

    You can also monitor your account status through the member area using  the IUX trading app.

Common Reasons for Document Rejection and How to Fix Them

Reason What You Should Do
You have already registered / Duplicate verification request Log in to IUX using the other email address you previously registered. If you forgot your password, reset it to regain access.
Uploaded document is near expiry or already expired The document must be valid for at least 3 months before its expiry date. Please renew your document or use another accepted document type, then resubmit for verification.
Unclear image / Small image / Watermark covering text / Missing or blurred characters / Crossed-out characters Retake or rescan your document and upload a clear, complete image with all details fully visible.
Age does not meet eligibility requirements (underage, over age limit, or incorrect date of birth) Please note that eligibility requirements are determined solely at the company’s discretion. Unfortunately, verification cannot be approved for users who do not meet the required age criteria.
Uploaded document type does not match the selected option Resubmit your document and ensure the uploaded document type matches the selected document category.
Registered country does not match the country shown on the uploaded document Rescan or reupload the correct document to ensure the country on the document matches the country selected during registration.
