How to Verify Your Bank Account (Proof of Bank – POB) with IUX

To complete your trading account setup and enable financial transactions, users are required to complete Proof of Bank (POB) alongside identity verification (POI). This step is part of the overall IUX account verification process and ensures secure deposits and withdrawals.

IUX supports multiple banks and payment channels to provide a smooth and efficient IUX bank verification experience.

Steps to Complete Bank Verification via the Website

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to Settings in your profile.
  3. Select Change Payment.
  4. Choose the bank you are using.
  5. Enter your bank account number and the account holder’s name.
  6. Upload a copy of the bank account document, then confirm.

Important Requirements for POB Documents

  • Accepted Documents: Bank passbook (account information page), Bank statement
  • Required Information: The document must clearly display (Full name, Bank account number)

  • Information Accuracy: All information on the submitted document must match the details used during IUX account verification and IUX KYC registration exactly.

After submission, the system will review your documents within approximately 3–15 minutes under the IUX deposit verification process. Once approved, you will be able to deposit funds and begin trading immediately.
