Steps to Complete POI and POA Verification
POI is the first step in confirming your identity. Then, POA to unlock full account features. You must complete the Risk Profile for the final step. You can verify your account through the website by following these steps.
- Start Verification: After verifying your email and creating a profile, proceed to the POI and POA verification step and click "Start verification."
- Accept Terms: Accept the terms and policies, then click "Continue."
- Select POI Document: For the POI process, choose the type of document you want to use for identity verification.
- Scan Document & Face: Scan your identity document and complete the facial scan. (Optionally, you can upload document files instead of scanning).
- Upload POA Document: For the POA process, upload your proof of address document.
- Provide Information: Fill in the additional personal information as requested and click continue.

What should I do if my POI verification is rejected?
Check that your document photos are clear (not blurry or reflective) and make sure your document is not listed under “Not Accepted Documents.” Then try submitting again. You can also review the rejection reason from the verification result email sent by IUX.
Once your POI is approved, you can proceed to full account access and begin your trading journey, including preparing for platforms such as mt5 trading and products like CFD trading depending on your account type.
