Proof of Identity (POI) verification process

To open a trading account with IUX, you are required to complete your identity verification process. Please note that the verification process may vary depending on the verification type you choose. You can see the specific steps for each type below:

Auto Identity Verification

  1. Log in to the website www.iux.com.
  2. Proceed to the verification process.
  3. Select your country.
  4. Select the document for verification. Enter your document number, then click “Continue”.
  5. Upload your documents (please be sure you have both the front and back of the documents) and click “Continue”.
  6. Complete your base information, then click “Continue”.
  7. Your identity verification is complete.

Manual Identity Verification

  1. Log in to the website www.iux.com.
  2. Proceed to the verification process.
  3. Select your country.
  4. Select the document for verification. Enter your document number, then click “Continue”.
  5. Upload your documents (please be sure you have both the front and back of the documents) and click “Continue”.
  6. Complete your base information, then click “Continue”.
  7. Once you have completed the information, click “Continue” and wait for the staff to verify it.

Unsupported documents: Please note that IUX does not accept some identity verification documents such as:

  • Birth certificate
  • Company ID
  • Credit card
  • International driving permit
  • Student ID
  • Visa
