Once the deposit transaction is completed, you can start trading. In the event that the balance is not received, you can follow the steps as follows:
- Log in to the control panel
- Click ‘Account’
- Then refresh the account page, press only 10 times, and wait about 1–5 minutes without pressing again.
In case the balance does not match the MT5 program, you need to press the refresh button on the top right corner of the MT5 card on the website. Press once and wait 1-5 minutes.
You don’t have to press repeatedly. Press only once and wait for the system to refresh. When you are refreshed, the balance is not updated. Please provide your email, MT5, and deposit slip to confirm the transfer is complete for the officer to verify.
If the operator finishes the check and resolves the problem, an officer will send a response email.
