- If you do not already have a trading account with IUX, the first step is to clear your browser cookies and cache. This will enable you to successfully link your IUX trading account with a partner or introducer. To do so, you must open an account by clicking on the partner/IB referral link. This will automatically redirect you to the IUX account registration form.
- If you already have an IUX trading account but wish to link it with a new partner or introducer, you will need to submit a request using the following form:
Subject: “Request to Move Partner IB to a New Introducer”
Please provide the following details:
- Your request to move to the new introducer: [Partner’s Email or Referral Code]
- Your User ID or Client ID: [Your User ID]
- The reason for requesting the transfer: [Your Reason for Moving]
- Contact number: [Phone number of the customer requesting the transfer]
Please send the completed form to: [email protected]
Once we receive your request, our team will review the information and proceed with the transfer of your account. We will confirm the transfer via email.
