POA (Proof of Address) is part of the verification process for IUX users. When you register for an account with us, you are required to complete Proof of Identity (POI), Proof of Bank (POB), and Proof of Address (POA) in order to fully activate your account. To verify your address, you can follow either of the following procedures:
Automatic Method
- Log in to the IUX App Trade
- Go to the Menu, then click Complete Account Opening
- Click Proof of Address Verification
- Select Automatic Verification
- Fill in all required information and continue
- Choose your permanent address, then scan and submit the necessary documents. The system will verify your documents within 5–10 minutes. Once completed, you will be guided to the next step of account setup.
Manual Method
- Log in to the IUX App Trade
- Go to the Menu, then click Complete Account Opening
- Click Proof of Address Verification
- Select Manual Verification
- Fill in all required information and continue
- Choose your permanent address, then upload the required documents. The system will take approximately 5–10 minutes to verify your documents. Once completed, you will be guided to the next step of account setup.
That’s it! Your address verification is complete. You can now proceed to open your account and begin trading with full access. Please note that regardless of the verification method you choose, it is essential to follow the steps above carefully and ensure that your documents are prepared and formatted according to the required specifications.
