There are two ways to receive OTP: by e-mail and by phone. You have to complete the confirmation of your email and phone number. Normally, to receive the confirmation messages or OTP from us, you will receive in the form of an e-mail. But if you would like to change the channel, you can do it easily on the IUX account page as follows:
1. Log-in to your account on www.iux.com
2. You will see the menu bar on your left hand side. Click on “Setting”.
3. The screen will display your personal information, channels for receiving information and bank account. Takes you to a channel to receive information.
4. Select “Phone number”
You can change the channel to receive OTP so easily by following these 4 steps. And if you need to change your phone number, you can change it at “Setting” and then select “Change phone number”. Enter your phone number and enter the OTP sent to your phone to verify and complete it.
