How do I verify my IUX account if I live in multiple countries?

To start trading or conducting transactions with IUX, all clients are required to complete Identity Verification and Bank Account Verification (POB – Proof of Bank).

If you live in multiple countries, are traveling, or are temporarily residing abroad, you can still register and verify your IUX account as usual by selecting country information that matches the official documents you hold.

Account Verification Requirements

1. Identity Verification

For identity verification, you must submit an identity document issued by your country of nationality, such as a passport or national ID card.

Regardless of:

  • The country from which you register your account
  • The country where you are currently residing or traveling

Your identity documents must always correspond to your nationality.

2. Bank Account Verification (POB – Proof of Bank)

For bank account verification, you must submit bank documents issued by a bank in your country of nationality.
The bank account information must match the personal details used when registering your IUX account.

Can I Register from a Country Different from My Nationality?

Yes. You may register and verify your account from anywhere, as long as the selected country information matches:

  • Your nationality
  • Your identity verification documents
  • Your bank account details

The verification process is based on documents, not your physical location at the time of registration.

Permanent Residency or Change of Nationality

If you hold permanent residency or have undergone naturalization, please contact IUX Support to update your account information. This helps prevent issues with verification, deposits, or withdrawals.
