As for being unable to trade, it may be caused by 2 cases.
- If you are properly logged in but cannot place a trade since there is no purchase button, this is because you were logged in with the investor code. The investor code cannot be traded; it can only be used to log in and inspect the port. In order to log in, use your trading code. The trading code is the one you set when you opened your MT5 account, which is above the investor code.
- If the login is correct, but when opening an order cannot be opened. This may be due to insufficient funds. Please check the leverage selection, if choosing a low leverage will result in a high capital utilization of the order.
